肾衰饮联合排毒穴贴治疗慢性肾衰的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肾衰饮联合排毒穴贴对慢性肾衰疾病毒素清除及肾脏保护作用。方法:对100例慢性肾衰患者,在基础治疗的同时,口服中药汤剂肾衰饮,外用排毒穴贴。观察治疗前后症状好转情况及肾功能(尿素氮、血肌酐、血尿酸、胱抑素C)的变化。结果:治疗总有效率为85%,治疗后较治疗前明显好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿酸(UA)的下降有统计学意义(P<0.05);内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)的升高有临床意义(P<0.05);胱抑素C(Cys-C)无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:肾衰饮联合排毒穴贴治疗慢性肾衰患者具有清除毒素、延缓肾功能进展的作用。Objective： To observe efficacy of Shenshuai Yin plus the Paidu plaster on chronic renal failure. Methods： 100 cases of chronic renal failure were given foundation treatment, Shenshuai Yin and the Paidu plaster. Before and after the treatment, symptoms and renal function（serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, uric acid and Cystatin C） were observed. Result： The total efficiency was 85%; the disease was significantly improved after treatment, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）; Decreased levels of BUN, Scr and UA show clinical significance（P〈0.05）; The rise of the endogenous Ccr show clinical significance（P〈0.05）; There is no obvious change for Cys-C（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Shenshuai Yin could remove toxins and delay the progress of renal function. It can be seen that the treatment of Shenshuai Yin plus the Paidu plaster will open up a new prospect of preventing and treating chronic renal failure.
