复方鱼腥草颗粒配合西药治疗急性上呼吸道感染疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方鱼腥草颗粒配合西药治疗急性上呼吸道感染的疗效。方法:将200例急性上呼吸道感染患者,随机分为两组。对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上加用复方鱼腥草颗粒,1袋/次,3次/d,口服。两组治疗3d后对比疗效。结果:治疗组100例,临床痊愈75例,显效17例,有效5例,无效3例,总有效率为97%;对照组100例,临床痊愈58例,显效14例,有效9例,无效19例,总有效率为81%。两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:复方鱼腥草颗粒配合西药治疗急性上呼吸道感染疗效较好,值得临床应用。Objective： To observe efficacy of the compound Yuxingcao granules on acute upper respiratory. Methods： 200 cases of acute upper respiratory were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine western medicine; the treatment group were treated with the compound Yuxingcao granules more, one bag per time, 3 times per day, orally. In 3 days the efficacy in two groups were compared. Results： In the treatment group, 75 cases were cured; 17 cases were effective; 5 cases were a little effective; 3 cases were ineffective; the total efficiency was 97%. In the control group, 58 cases were cured; 14 cases were effective; 9 cases were a little effective; 19 cases were ineffective; the total efficiency was 81%, with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating acute upper respiratory infection with the compound Yuxingcao Granules plus western medicine can receive good effects, is worthy of clinical application.
