长春西汀联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗急性期脑梗死临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察长春西汀联合丹参多酚酸盐对急性期脑梗死的疗效。方法:选择住院患者180例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组90例在常规治疗基础上加用长春西汀联合丹参多酚酸盐,对照组90例常规治疗。两组治疗前后对临床疗效和神经功能缺损评分进行评定。结果:治疗21天后治疗组神经功能缺损评分比对照组明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组的治愈率、总有效率(分别为28.9%、78.9%)明显高于对照组(分别为23.3%、66.7%)。两组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:长春西汀联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗急性期脑梗死有较好的疗效。Objective： To observe efficacy of Vinpocetine plus Salvianolate on cerebral infarction. Methods： 180 cases were divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group took Vinpocetine plus Salvianolate; the control group took conventional treatment. Results： In 21 days, neurological deficit scores in the treatment group significantly declined in the treatment group（P〈0.05）. The curing efficiency and total efficiency were 28.9% and 78.9% in the treatment group, obviously higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of Vinpocetine plus Salvianolate on cerebral infarction was good.
