一捻金敷神阙穴治疗胸痹患者便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察一捻金敷神阙穴治疗胸痹患者便秘的疗效。方法:将120例胸痹患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均给予辨证施膳指导和腹部按摩,观察组加用一捻金敷神阙穴,治疗1周后评定疗效。结果:观察组与对照组疗效比较,差异显著。结论:一捻金敷神阙穴能显著提高治疗便秘的效果。Objective： To observe efficacy of applying Yinianjin at the Shenque point on astriction. Methods： 120 cases were divided into the observed group and control group. Both groups were given dietary guidance and abdominal massage. The observed group was given applying Yinianjin at the Shenque point more. Results： The difference between groups was significant. Conclusion： Applying Yinianjin at the Shenque point can significantly improve constipation.
