摘　　要：目的:对自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)治疗轻中度痔疮患者的临床疗效进行分析与探讨。方法:选取2012年6月—2014年10月本院收治的80例轻中度痔疮患者为研究对象,随机分成对照组与实验组两组。对照组轻中度痔疮患者40例,给予传统手术进行治疗;实验组轻中度痔疮患者40例,给予自动痔疮套扎术进行治疗,并观察两组轻中度痔疮患者的临床疗效。结果:实验组与对照组轻中度痔疮患者治疗后,实验组患者的显著改善率为45.0%,总改善率为95.0%;对照组患者的显著改善率为37.5%,总改善率为77.5%,实验组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)治疗轻中度痔疮患者的临床疗效显著,且安全可靠,值得推广。Objective： To analyze and discuss the clinical curative effect of the patients with mild and moderate hemorrhoids treated with automatic hemorrhoids ligation（RPH）. Methods： 80 patients from June 2012 to October 2014 with mild to moderate hemorrhoids were selected as the research object and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 40 cases each. The control group patients were given conventional surgical treatment and experimental group patients were given automatic hemorrhoids ligation treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed after the treatment.Results：It showed that the significant improvement rate and the total improvement rate were 45.0% and 95.0% respectively in the experimental group and those values were 37.5% and 77.5% in the control group. The patients in experimental group has significantly better clinical efficacy than the control group, P〈 0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion： the clinical curative effect of the automatic ligation of hemorrhoids（RPH） treatment in patients with mild to moderate hemorrhoids is appreciable safe and reliable, which is worthy of application and promotion.
