消痔灵治疗内痔出血118例临床体会

摘　　要：目的：深入探究消痔灵治疗内痔出血的效果,为我国医学行业对内痔出血患者进行临床治疗提供依据。方法：择取我院2013年6月—2014年12月,收治入院的内痔出血患者,共计118例,作为本次研究的主要对象。118例患者,均在喇叭肛窥下用消痔灵注入内痔,Ⅱ-Ⅳ期内痔及内痔糜烂甚者加以结扎。观察并分析118例患者的病情恢复效果。结果：经治疗,118例患者当中,痊愈患者,共计102例,占86.4%;明显好转13例,占11.0%;本组患者治疗的有效率为97.5%。结论：根据内痔的分期及内痔糜烂的实际情况,对患者进行合理的对症处理,可显著提升治疗的效果。与此同时,对无效患者实施肠镜检查,可排除肛门直肠肿物及其他类型的肠道出血性疾病。Objective：To deeply investigate the effect of Xiaozhiling on internal hemorrhoids hemorrhage in order to provide the reference of internal hemorrhoids treatment for national medicine. Methods： 118 cases with internal hemorrhoids hemorrhage from June 2013 to December 2104 in our hospital were selected.All 118 patients were treated with endoscopic anal horn Xiaozhiling injection hemorrhoids, Ⅱ ~ Ⅳ hemorrhoids and the internal hemorrhoids worse erosion to ligation. The patients were observed and analyzed the effect of disease recovery.Results：After treatment, 102 cases among 118 cases were cured,accounting for 86.4%; 13 cases were significantly improved, accounting for 11.0%.The effective rate of this group was 97.5%. Conclusion：According to the staging and the actual situation of internal hemorrhoids erosion, the reasonable symptomatic treatment can significantly improve the effectiveness of the treatment. At the same time, invalid colonoscopy for patients may exclude anorectal tumor and other types of intestinal bleeding disorders.
