氦氖激光照射联合高压氧治疗在预防跟骨骨折术后皮缘坏死中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察氦氖激光照射联合高压氧预防跟骨骨折术后皮瓣坏死的临床疗效。方法:选取跟骨骨折取外侧切口行切开复位内固定术患者34例,术后常规应用高压氧联合氦氖激光照射治疗,10 d为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察临床疗效。结果:34例患者中32患者手术切口甲级愈合,2例患者切口乙级愈合。结论:应用氦氖激光照射联合高压氧治疗可以有效预防跟骨骨折术后皮瓣坏死。Objective： To observe the he-ne laser irradiation plus hyperbaric oxygen to prevent skin flap necrosis after calcaneal fractures. Methods： Calcaneal fractures in 34 patients with open reduction and internal fixation was followed by hyperbaric oxygen plus he-ne laser irradiation,10 d for a period of treatment. Results：32 in 34 patients get class A healing of incision surgery, 2 patients had B healing. Conclusion： He-ne laser irradiation plus hyperbaric oxygen therapy can effectively prevent skin flap necrosis after calcaneal fractures.
