经会阴和经阴道超声对女性尿道旁腺囊肿的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨经会阴超声(TPS)和经阴道超声(TVS)在女性尿道旁腺囊肿中的诊断价值。方法:21例女性尿道旁腺囊肿患者分别行经腹超声(TAS)和TPS或TVS检查,对两者的图像进行对比分析,并将结果与手术病理相对照。结果:所有病变的TPS和TVS检查比TAS显示更清晰,尤其前者可清晰显示病变与尿道、阴道壁的关系,能更清晰显示病变内部回声和彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)的分布情况,完全不受膀胱充盈程度、肥胖等因素的影响。结论:TPS和TVS检查对女性尿道旁腺囊肿的诊断具有较高的准确性。Objective：To explore the diagnostic value of female paraurethral cyst by transperineal sonography（TPS） and transvaginal sonography（TVS）.Methods：Twenty-one patients of female paraurethral cyst were examined with transabdominal sonography（TAS） and TPS or TVS,images were analyzed by contrast,and compared with surgical pathological findings.Results：All lesions were shown more clearly by TPS and TVS than TAS,especially the former could clearly show the relationship between the lesions and the wall of urethra and vaginal.TPS and TVS could also display internal echoes and the distribution of color doppler flow imaging（CDFI） of the lesions more clearly,TPS and TVS did not influence by poor filling of the bladder,obesity and other factors.Conclusion：TPS and TVS have higher accuracy than TAS in the diagnosis of female paraurethral cysts.
