摘　　要：文中介绍了框架协议采购的总体原则,分析了针对石油石化行业应用的注意事项,提出了具体改进措施。利用这种采购方式高效地完成采购任务,是物资采购与招标工作探索和研究的目标。This paper introduced the general principle of framework agreement procurement,analyzed matters needingattention of petrochemical industry,and proposed specific improvement measure. Application of this procurement method toefficiently complete procurement is the goal of exploration and research in materials procurement and bid invitation work.
