摘　　要：承担社会责任是企业的现实使命,企业在追求投资者利润最大化的同时,应兼顾其他利益相关者的需求。本文在考虑社会责任的基础上,对传统投资评价指标体系进行改进,并运用改进后的投资评价指标体系,结合AHP-模糊综合评价法对具体案例的投资效益进行评价分析。As being a corporate citizen, undertaking social responsibility is a real mission. While pursuing maximum profit, other stakeholders' demands should also been taken into consideration. Based on the consideration of social responsibility, this paper improves the traditional investment evaluation index system, and then uses the new investment evaluation system combined with the AHP-FCE model to evaluate the investment benefits of a specific case.
