摘　　要：环境监测仪器设备是指专门用于空气、水、土壤、噪声、电磁辐射等环境质量监测,以及点源和面源（有组织和无组织）排放污染物监测,包括手工监测、自动监测、应急监测和监控的专用仪器设备.因为,环境监测仪器设备提供了大量的环境监测数据,奠定了环境决策的基础,而每一项环境管理措施的效果都要依靠环境监测数据来验证,所以它们是环境管理设施的重要组成部分.环境监测仪器设备的质量及性能与监测数据的准确性、精密性紧密相关,只有控制了仪器设备的品质,才能保证监测数据的质量.本文简要地介绍了我国环境监测仪器设备的生产、检测和监管法律地位的现状并进行了分析.以期通过这项工作能为改善和提高环境监测仪器设备的质量管理水平,促进其发展提供建设性意见.Environmental monitoring instrument and equipment refers specifically for environmental quality monitoring air, water, soil, noise, electromagnetic radiation, as well as point source and non-point source （organized and unorganized） monitoring the emission of pollutants, including manual monitoring, automatic monitoring, emergency surveillance and monitoring of special instrument and equipment. Because, environmental monitoring instrument and equipment provides a number of environmental monitoring data, it laies the foundation for environmental decision- making, and the each effect of the environmental management measures must rely on environmental monitoring data to verify that, so they are an important part of environmental management facilities. Quality and accuracy, precision and performance monitoring data for environmental monitoring instrument and equipment is closely related to, and the quality of the instruments and equipment must be controlled in order to ensure the quality of monitoring data. This article briefly describes and analyzes the status of the production, testing and legal status of regulation of China environmental monitoring instrument and equipment. We wish that this work could provide constructive suggestions to improve and enhance the quality of management of environmental monitoring instrument and equipment, and promote their development.
