摘　　要：目的：通过对709份结核患者和疑似患者的痰标本,分析从痰标本中直接检测rpoB耐药基因的可行性.方法：采用美国Celpheid公司生产的Xpert MTB/RFP仪进行痰培养和菌型鉴定,及同类批准上市的产品进行比较分析.结果：采用Xpert检测,灵敏度为100.0％,特异度为96.58％,与对照试剂总一致率为99.29％.耐药性分析结果显示,灵敏度为1 00.0％,特异度为99.63％.结论：该仪器完全可以从痰标本中直接快速检测结核和rpoB耐药基因,为临床提供了一种快速的新手段.Objective To Analysis on the feasibility of detecting directly rpoB resistance gene in sputum specimens in 709 tuberculosis patients or suspect patients.Methods Comparative Analysis of similar products and Xpert MTB/ RFP detection kit of US Celpheid Company on sputum culture and bacteria type evaluation.Results In Xpert detection, sensitivity was 100.0% and specificity was 96.58%.The consistent rate of compare reagent was 99.29%.Resistance results shown sensitivity was 100.0% and specificity was 96.63%.Conclusions The new method can directly and lastly detect rpoB resistance gene in sputum of tuberculosis patients.
