摘  要:研究了采用原子吸收光谱法测定纯铪中痕量元素钾.本工作采用美国PE公司Aanalyst100型原子吸收光谱仪并选择了适宜的测试条件,研究了盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸的用量,基体铪对测定痕量元素钾的影响,并编制了分析方法.测量痕量元素钾的相对标准偏差不大于4.24%,测定范围为0.001%-0.005%,方法检出限为0.0052μg/mL.结果表明,本法不仅准确可靠而且简便快速,可以满足科研生产的要求.A method for the determination of trace potassium in pure hafnium by AAS has been developed. It was used the Aanalystl00 instrument produced by PE company and selected suited testing condition.The influences of the amount of hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid, and the determination of potassium in pure hafnium have been investigated. The relative standard deviations of the results obtained by the method are less than 4.24%, the appropriate concertration range is 0.001%-0.005% and the detection limit is 0.0052μg·mL^-1. The method is not only accurate and reliable but also simple and rapid, and is satisfied with the requirement of research and production
