摘　　要：实验室的管理模式直接影响到实验室建设和科研单位的发展.针对当前中国农业科学院郑州果树研究所综合实验室现有管理模式,结合制度建设、队伍建设、日常管理、大型仪器利用和运行经费保障等五个方面的地位、作用等现实情况,对我所综合实验室的管理进行了分析和探讨,以寻求一条“科学管理、务求实效”的实验室建设之路.The mode of laboratory management directly influences the construction of laboratories and the development of research institutions.According to the existing management pattern of the complex laboratory in CA_AS,in combination with some real situations of the institution construction, staff team construction,daily management,the utilization rate of large precise instrument and the operating funds safeguard and so on, we analyzed and studied the advantages and disadvantages of the current mode of laboratory management in our laboratory, and attempted to find a way of the laboratory construction along the principles of＂Scientifical Management＂ and ＂Practicality and Efficiency＂
