摘　　要：目的探讨自拟三甲通管颗粒冲剂治疗顽固性输卵管阻塞的疗效。方法选择我院2012年6月~2015年4月收治的顽固性输卵管阻塞单纯采用X光监视下COOK导丝介入术治疗失败患者198例,实施口服自拟三甲通管颗粒冲剂结合宫、腹腔镜COOK导丝介入术治疗4个月后,评价其疗效。结果治疗3个月通畅成功率为85.35%,4个月为87.88%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论口服自拟三甲通管颗粒冲剂结合宫、腹腔镜COOK导丝介入术治疗顽固性输卵管阻塞,疗效显著优于单纯X光监视下COOK导丝介入术。Objective To investigate the self-made three tube granule in treating intractable fallopian tube obstruction clinical curative effect. Methods 198 cases of intractable tubal obstruction treated with X-rays under the surveillance of COOK guidewire interventional treatment failure cases,the implementation of oral three Tongguan granule combined with hysteroscopy and laparoscopic COOK wire intervention again after 4 months of treatment,to evaluate its clinical efficacy. Results The new treatment success rate of 3 month patency was 85.35%, 4 months was 87.88%, there was a significant difference between the two compared. Conclusion Oral three granule combined with uterine tube,laparoscopic COOK guidewire interventional curative effect is significantly better than simple X-ray monitor COOK wire intervention.
