摘  要:采用扫描电镜、金相显微镜、洛氏硬度计研究了DIN1.2316塑料模具钢经1 050℃淬火、350~650℃保温1~16 h回火的微观组织及硬度变化规律.研究表明:350~650℃回火,随回火温度的升高钢的回火硬度呈现出下降的趋势.350~450℃回火硬度随保温时间变化不大,500℃回火时,保温4 h内硬度保持不变,4~8 h硬度从53.9 HRC下降到47.4 HRC,8 h后硬度趋于稳定.550~650℃回火,2 h内硬度急剧下降,2 h之后硬度基本不再变化.回火工艺为550℃×4 h^16 h,600℃×1 h^4 h,650℃×1h,回火参数在11 300~13 500硬度可以满足预硬化硬度要求.随回火温度升高、回火时间的延长,碳化物析出量增多并逐渐球化、聚集长大,使硬度下降.回火温度较回火时间对硬度的影响更显著.The microstructure and mechanical properties of DIN1. 2316 plastic die steel quenching at 1 050 ℃ and tempering at 350 ×650 ℃for 1 - 16 h were studied with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , metallurgical microscope and Rockwell hardness tester. It is found that the hardness of samples is showing a downward trend after rising at first when tempering at 350 -650 ℃in the same tempering holding time. Tempering at 350 -450 ℃, the hardness changes little with the tempering time. When tempering at 500 ℃ and holding time within 4h, the hardness remains the same but the hardness drops from 53.9 HRC to 47.4 HRC at 4 - 8 h and then remains steady after 8h. The hardness declines fast within 2h and basically keeps stable after 2 h at 550 -650 ℃. Tempering at 550 ℃ ×4 h-16 h, 600 ℃ × 1 h -4 h,650 ℃ ×1 h and temper parameter at 11 300 -13 500 can satisfy pre-hardening hardness requirement. Precipitated carbide gradually spheroidizates and the amount gradually increases with the extension of tempering temperature and the increasing of holding time, which makes the hardness decrease. The influence of tempering temperature on hardness is more important than holding time.
