西方网络民主输出情势下大学生制度自信的重建

摘　　要：网络时代,信息的高速传播极大地缩短了时空距离。但同时网络空间隐蔽、虚拟、开放、自由的特点也对大学生的制度自信形成冲击,使得大学生在制度认知、制度评价、制度认同等方面出现偏差。为此,应以共产主义信仰引领大学生的制度自信,以社会主义制度的优越性确立大学生的制度自信,以规范的网络政治言行、有序的参政实践强化大学生的制度自信,重建大学生对社会主义制度的自信。In the Internet age, the high-speed transmission of the information greatly shortened the distance of time and space. But at the same time, the hidden, virtual space, open and free characteristics of network impacted the formation of system confidence of college students, and resulted in deviation in aspects of the system cognition, system evaluation and system identification, etc. Therefore, we should lead to the system confidence of the college students with communism beliefs,establish the system confidence of the college students with the superiority of the socialist system, to regulate the network political behavior, orderly participation practice and improve the system confidence of the college students, reconstruct college students＇ self-confidence on the socialist system.
