摘　　要：随着我国强农惠农等一系列政策的出台,一批以农民专业合作社、家庭农场等为代表的新型农业经营主体不断形成和快速发展。但是由于新型农业经营主体发展还不够成熟,受到多种因素的制约,其中资金缺乏是其面临的最大难题,急需得到金融机构的支持。为此,应充分发挥涉农金融机构的作用,加快金融产品和服务创新,建立农业保障体系。Along with the introduction a series of policies to strengthen agriculture and benefit farmers, a number of new type agricultural management main body, such as farmers＇ professional co-operatives and the family farm continuously to form and rapid development. But because of the new type of agricultural management main body development is not mature enough,restricted by many factors, including lack of funds is the biggest problem, need to get the support of financial institutions.Therefore, we should give full play to the role of agricultural financial institutions, speed up the financial product and service innovation, and establish agricultural security system.
