摘　　要：中小企业在苏北地区经济社会发展中占有举足轻重的地位,随着近年来苏北的不断开发和开放,中小企业在对外贸易中表现得十分活跃,但它们在出口收汇过程中也面临着许多风险,主要包括金融风险、商业风险和环境风险。究其原因,主要是由于贸易方式过于单调、出口市场过于集中、结算方式过于单一、出口商风险意识不强以及外贸专业人才缺乏等因素造成的。鉴于此,应采取的对策包括:加强科技创新,提高出口商品的国际市场竞争力;实行多元化战略,优化出口市场结构;充分利用贸易融资政策,合理规避结算风险;完善信用保障体系,提高出口商风险意识;内培外引并举,打造高素质外贸人员队伍。The SMEs play a decisive role in the economic and social development in Northern Jiangsu area, as the continuous development of Northern Jiangsu and open in recent years, SMEs in foreign trade is very active, but they are also facing many risks in the process of export receipts of foreign exchange, including financial risk, business risk and environment risk.Investigate its reason, which mainly due to the drab trade way, ex-concentrated export market, single settlement way, the weak exporter risk awareness, and lack of professional talents of foreign trade and other factors. In view of this, the countermeasures should be adopted including to strengthen the scientific and technological innovation, improve the export commodity competitiveness in the international market, implement the diversification strategy, optimize the export market structure, make full use of trade financing policy, avoid settlement risk rationally, improve the credit guarantee system, improve the export risk awareness, culture external simultaneously, and create high-quality foreign trade staff.
