摘　　要：本文在运营商站址资源基础上,从移动通信目标网站址规划关注的问题入手,分析各运营商的近期建设重点及未来演进方向,制定分场景目标网规划思路。Based on the site resources of operators, this paper analyses several key aspects of the target site networkplanning in mobile communication, then the recent focus on the building and future evolution directionof operators are given. At last, the important scene target net planning is made.
