摘  要:用SRAP分子标记对国内外43份甘蓝型油菜材料进行遗传多样性分析,筛选出44对多态性好的SRAP标记.44对多态性好的引物共检测到312个等位变异位点,其中多态性位点164个,多态性比率为52.5%,每对引物约2-8个多态性位点,平均每对引物为3.8个多态性位点.多态性信息含量0.374-0.856,平均为0.699.遗传相似系数在0.55-0.89,参试材料差异较大.以0.63为阈值将43份参试材料划3大类群,3大类群间相对独立又有一定程度的渗透,说明材料之间存在不同程度的亲缘关系.The genetic diversity of 43 Brassica napus L.,which came from domestic and abroad,was analyzed by SRAP markers.The results showed that 44 pairs of primers performed 312 allele loci,and the percentage of polymorphism locus was 52.5% with 164 loci.The range of polymorphic loci per primer was 2-8,the average number of polymorphic loci was 3.8.The range of PIC was 0.374-0.856,the genetic similarity coefficient was between 0.55-0.89 with the average of 0.699.There were great differences between tested materials to set 0.63 as the threshold value,43 tested materials were classified into 3large groups.The groups were relative independent,and had a centain degree of permeability,indicating the presence of genetic relationships between different materials.
