摘 要:采用常温水溶液法合成了两类共计8种Keggin型杂多酸,并以此为催化剂开展了乙酸正丁酯的合成实验研究,研究了醇酸摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、不同催化剂4个因素对酯化率的影响。研究表明,在一定条件下,以饱和Keggin-HPA为催化剂,反应条件为醇酸摩尔比2.0、反应温度140℃、反应时间3h时分别得到最佳产率。其中α-Na2HPMo12O40·14H2O的催化性能尤为突出,最佳酯化率为97.60%;以单缺位Keggin型杂多酸为催化剂反应时,得到最佳反应条件为醇酸摩尔比1.5、反应温度130℃、反应时间3h,其中K7NaGeW11O39·H2O的催化性能尤为突出,酯化率为89.57%;催化性能饱和Keggin型杂多酸优于单缺位Keggin型杂多酸。Totaly two categolies and eight kinds of Keggin-type heteroply acids normally were synthesized by room temperature water solution method and n-Butyl acetate was prepared,and the effects of Keggintype acetate and acid molar ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time on ester yield were investigated.The results indicated that when saturation Keggin-HPA was catalyst,reaction conditions were motar ratio of alcohoi to acid was 2.0,reaction temperature was 140 ℃,reaction time was 3h.among which the best yield were obtained respectively,Catalytic performance ofα-Na2HPMo12O40·14H2O was particulaly protruding,the best ester yield was 97.60%;When the mono-substituted Keggin-type was catalyst reaction,the obtained best reaction conditions were motar ratio of alcohoi to acid was 1.5,reaction temperature was130 ℃,reaction tme was 3h,among which the catalytic performance of K7NaGeW11O39·H2 was particulaly protruding,the ester yield was 89.57%;the catalytic performance and Keggin-type heteroply acid was better than saturated Keggin-type heteropoly acid.
