仙鹿活骨丸治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究仙鹿活骨丸对大鼠股骨头缺血性坏死的治疗作用。方法采用大鼠股骨头坏死模型、小鼠热板实验和扭体实验以及大鼠血液流变学研究实验方法,研究和探讨仙鹿活骨丸对股骨头缺血性坏死的作用。结果仙鹿活骨丸能明显改善股骨头部位的骨密度水平和动物血流变水平,增加小鼠热板实验致痛潜伏期,增加0.6%醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应潜伏期,并减少扭体次数。结论仙鹿活骨丸对股骨头缺血性坏死有明显的改善作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Xianlu Huogu Pills on avascular necrosis of the femoral head in rats.Methods The avascular necrosis of the femoral head model was induced by tretinoin,mice hot plate test,writhing test and blood rheology in rats were used to investigate and verify the effects of Xianlu Huogu Pills on avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Results Xianlu Huogu Pills can improve the bone mineral density level,animal blood rheology level obviously,increase the mouse hot plate experiment induced pain latency,increase of 0. 6% acetic acid writhing response latency,and reduce the number of writhing. Conclusion Xianlu Huogu Pills had remarkable protective effects on avascular necrosis of the femoral head model of rats.
