摘　　要：目的建立更年安胶囊含量的高效液相色谱测定方法.方法采用大连依利特C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸（60∶40∶1）,流速：1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长437nm,进样量10μL.结果在该色谱条件下,在浓度为0.040～0.600mg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9939,重复性试验RSD为1.35%,平均回收率为96.67%（RSD=1.33%）.结论本法灵敏、简便、准确、重复性好,能有效控制更年安胶囊的含量。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Gengnian'an Capsules. Methods Using the Dalian Elite C18 column,acetonitrile,water and glacial acetic acid( 60∶40∶1),the flow rate was 1. 0 m L·min- 1,the detection wavelength was 437 nm and the injection volume was 10 μL. Results The linear range was good within the concentration of 0. 040 ~ 0. 600 mg · m L- 1,r = 0. 993 9,RSD of the reproducibility test was 1. 35%,the average recovery was96. 67%( RSD = 1. 33%). Conclusion This method was sensitive,simple,accurate and reproducible,and could effectively control the content of Gengnian'an Capsules.
