摘 要:影像导航系统(imaging guidance system,IGS)是当代鼻内镜外科技术的重要组成部分。IGS对于临床医师的需求是确定的,但其研发和技术改进应符合临床医师对于快速注册配准、稳定而少漂移及精确等要求。只有稳定基础上的精确,才能够保证临床应用和准确、甚至精确的帮助作用。缺乏系统培训、忽视软件设计和功能开发与应用,是影响IGS普及应用的瓶颈,应建立IGS的临床培训技术平台。Imaging guidance system (IGS) is taking an important part in the contemporary endoscopic techniques in Rhinological field. With it's definitive role, IGS requires further development to meet the doctors' needs in quick registration, better accuracy and less drifts. An accurate work based on a stable system is essential for IGS to be better applied in the clinical practice. It is also necessary to set up a systematic clinical training program to make IGS an universal technique, as the problems such as neglect of training, software design and new function development has blocked the progress of IGS.
