摘　　要：影像导航系统(the imaging guide system,IGS)近几年在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科中的应用逐渐增多,,本文就我科使用IGS十余年中的手术时间、使用价值及经济成本等问题做一回顾性分析。In recent years, the application of image guided system （IGS） in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery has been increased gradually. We used IGS for more than ten years in our department. In this article, a retrospective analysis of the operation duration, value in use, economic costs and other issues during the usage of IGS was reviewed.
