摘  要:空间用高压氢镍电池为全密封电池,壳体密封性是决定电池性能的重要因素,氢镍电池采用真空电子束焊接技术,各条焊缝的质量决定了电池的可靠性和安全性。介绍了真空电子束焊接原理、氢镍电池壳体电子束焊接及其焊缝质量的验证,通过焊接试件检验、电池组在轨运行情况说明了真空电子束焊接在高压氢镍电池中的成功应用。Space NiH2 cell with high-pressure was fully sealed structure, so shell sealing was an key factor which decide cell performance. Vacuum electron-beam welding was applied to cell production, every welding line quality determined the reliability and security of the cell. Vacuum electron-beam welding technical principle and space NiH2 cell shell electron-beam welding quality verification and validation were described. The evaluation of the welding quality and the on-orbit status suggested the perfect application of the vacuum electronic-beam welding.
