摘 要:近年来,随着电动汽车的快速发展,设计一种高精度的数字式车载充电机已经成为其中的一个关键点。然而,对于车载充电机而言,一种高稳定性的辅助供电电源是其不可缺少的部分,如果供电电源性能不好,很可能导致整个充电机系统工作不稳定。因此,采用DSP芯片TMS320F2812作为主控芯片设计了一种高性能的数字式多路输出反激式开关电源用作电动汽车车载充电机的辅助供电电源。详细介绍了系统硬件电路的组成和控制算法的实现过程,并进行了相关的实验测试。测试结果表明,系统的硬件设计合理,输出的电压稳定、纹波小,具有一定的实用价值。With the rapid development of electric vehicles, the design of a high-precision digital car charger had become one of the key points. However, for the purposes of vehicle charger, a high stability of the auxiliary power supply was an indispensable part of it, if the power supply performance was not good. It may cause the entire charger system instability. Therefore, the DSP chip TMS320F2812 was used as the control chip of system design of a high performance digital multiplexed output flyback switching power supply for auxiliary power on-board charger.The system hardware circuit and control algorithm of process were introduced particularly. The experimental tests were conducted. Test results show that the system design is reasonable and stable output voltage, the ripple is small and has some practical value.
