摘 要:目的研究三黄泻心汤不同制备方法对游离蒽醌类成分含量的影响。方法采用HPLC法同时测定三种汤剂(传统汤剂、颗粒汤剂、浸泡汤剂)中游离蒽醌类成分的含量。结果三种汤剂中游离蒽醌类成分含量差异有统计学意义(p>0.01),游离蒽醌类成分(除大黄酸)含量高低顺序为:传统汤剂、颗粒汤剂、浸泡汤剂;大黄酸的含量高低顺序为:颗粒汤剂、传统汤剂、浸泡汤剂。结论不同制备法对三黄泻心汤中游离蒽醌类成分的溶出具有显著影响。Objective Study the effect of different preparation methods for SanHuangXieXinTang on the content of free anthraquinone. Method HPLC method was developed to simultaneously quantify free anthraquinones in three different decotions (traditional decoction, granule decoction, jinpao decotion). Result The difference among the contents of free anthraquinonc by different preparation methods was significant, the contents of free anthraquinone were orderly reduced as follow: traditional decoction, granule decoction, jinpao decoction, except Rhein; the contents of Rhein were as follow: granule decoction, traditional decoction, jinpao decoction. Conclusion Different preparation methods for San- HuangXieXinTang had significant effect on the content of free anthraquinone.
