摘　　要：本文针对图书馆开架借阅存在的常见问题进行分析，探讨通过馆内公示、现场演示、实地讲解、网络宣传、在线答疑等四种对策对不同需求的读者进行导读，有效地解决图书借阅中的问题，从而提高纸质图书借阅效率。the popular problems with the printed literature which is lent and read will be analyzed in this article, the author will probe into the four methods of guiding the readers how to borrow and find the printed literature according to their different demand by displaying notices in the library;demonstrating how to do a search for the printed literature on the Internet; explaining to readers how to find the printed literature in the lending and reading rooms; propagating the process how to find and borrow the printed literature on the library Web; replying to the readers＂ any questions. The above-mentioned methods aim to validly resolve the problems when the printed literature is lent and read in order to improve the efficiency of the printed literature that is lent and read.
