摘　　要：糖基化是蛋白质一种十分重要的翻译后修饰，对蛋白质的结构和功能有着重要影响。本文对蛋白质糖基化修饰的种类以及蛋白质特性受到的糖基化修饰的影响进行了综述，并且以此为基础，对生物制药中蛋白质糖基化工程的应用和发展进行了分析和介绍。Protein glycosylation is a kind of very important modification after translation, has important implications for the structure and function of protein. In this paper, the types of protein glycosylation modification and protein characteristics affected by glycosylation modification is reviewed, and on this basis, the protein glycosylation in biological pharmaceutical engineering application and development are analyzed and introduced.
