工科大学外国语学院资料室管理工作探索

摘　　要：工科大学是当前高校的重要组成部分。外国语学院又是工科大学中的重要学院。该学院的发展与工科大学的发展有着密不可分的关系。为了提升该学院的实际教学质量，促进该学院的良好发展，工科大学设置了专业性较强的资料室，资料室中存放了各类专业性的外语图书，这些图书主要是由外国语学院中的众多师生借阅，以此来提升师生的外语水平。但学院在实际提供读者服务的过程中，出现了一些较典型的问题，这些问题对服务工作的质量有一定的阻碍，本文便是在此基础上展开研究。University of engineering is an important part of the current university. Foreign Language College is an important College of Engineering Universi- ty. The development of the college is closely related to the development of Engineering University. In order to improve the college practical teaching quality and promote the sound development of the college, engineering college set up highly specialized reference room, reference room stored all kinds of professional foreign language books, these books is mainly by College of foreign languages of many teachers and students to borrow and read, in order to enhance the level of foreign language teachers and students. But, in the actual delivery of the service for readers in the process, some typical problems and these problems of the service work quality has certain obstacles, this paper launches the research on this basis.
