摘　　要：中国证券市场注定要在改革中前行,而改革意味着对缺陷的发现和克服。本文主要在探讨分析了评判证券发行核准制、证券发行注册制、证券发行审批制的基础上,提出了我国证券发行体制的流变及路径选择。China＇s securities market is bound to go forward in the reform,and reform means the discoveryand overcoming ofthe defects.In this paper,we mainly discuss and analyze the issues of securities issuance ap-proval system,securities issuance registration system,securities issuance examination and approval system.On this basis,it puts forward the evolution and route selection of the securities issuance system in our country.
