摘　　要：自然保护区是保护自然环境和生态资源的有效手段。土地产权不清的状况制约着自然保护区的发展,不利于各种利益冲突的解决。本文介绍了当前我国自然保护区土地产权的现实情况,分析存在的主要问题是什么,指出致使保护区的土地产权不清的原因,提出解决我国自然保护地的土地产权问题的途径。Nature reserve is an effective means to protect the natural environment and ecological resources.The situation that the land property rights is not clear restricts the development of nature reserves,which is not-conducive to the settlement of various conflicts of interest.This paper introduces the current situation of land-property right in China＇s natural natureconservation areareserve,analyzes the main problems existing in ourcountry,andpoints out the reasons why the land property right is not clear,and puts forward the way to solvethe problem ofland property right in our country.
