输液前护理干预对预防可达龙所致静脉炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨输液前护理干预对预防可达龙所致静脉炎的效果。方法对60例静脉泵入可达龙的患者按随机原则分为实验组和对照组,实验组的患者采取护理干预,观察两组患者静脉炎的发生情况。结果对照组静脉炎发生率为76.7%,实验组静脉炎发生率为30%,P<0.01差异有显著意义。由此可见,实验组静脉炎的发生率明显低于对照组。结论护理干预可以有效的预防可达龙所致静脉炎的发生,从而减轻患者的痛苦,增加患者对护士的满意和信赖,促进护患关系的改善。Objective To explore the effect of transfusion nursing intervention in the prevention of phlebitis caused by cordarone .Methods 60 cases of patients who were infusioned cordarone intravenously were randomly divided into experimental group and control group .Nursing intervention was implemented on the patients of experimental group . Incidence of phlebitis was compared between the two groups .Results Patients in experimental group had lower incidence of phlebitis （30%） compared with those in the control group （76.7%）. And the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusions Nursing intervention could prevent the phlebitis caused by cordarone from occurring and alleviate the suffering of patients .Patients will trust nurses more and nurse-patient relationship will be improved .
