摘 要:槽肩角常见于笼型电机转子的半开口槽中,主要用来改变槽的刚度和电机的性能。然而,在普通电机设计中对于槽肩角的选择并没有一个确定的标准,通常都选用特定的30°角。本文以平行槽为例讨论了转子槽肩角对于电机性能的影响,建立了不同角度槽肩角的电机模型,并利用二维有限元时谐场对其进行精确计算,考虑趋肤效应,探讨了槽肩角对于转子导条中导条阻抗的影响,同时计算了电机转矩、电流与转子铜耗,为电机设计中槽肩角的选择提供了参考和依据。Slot shoulder angle in the rotor semi-open slot is used for improving the slot stiffness and motor's performance. However there are no strict criteria in choosing the angle's degree and 30° is the most common angle used in the slot designing. In this paper, parallel slot is used as the example for discussing the influence of rotor slot shoulder angle on motor's performance. Models of motors with different slot shoulder angles are established in time-harmonic field and precise calculations are carried out by 2D finite element method. The effect of rotor slot shoulder angle on the bar resistance and leakage inductance, considered the influence of skin effect, is emphatically investigated. And motor's performances such as torque, current, rotor copper loss, and rotor eddy current loss are also evaluated. The result for this research could provide a reference in choosing the degree for slot shoulder angle.
