摘　　要：采用液相色谱-质谱/质谱联用（HPLC-MS/MS）技术,建立了分析粮谷类样品中15种全氟烷基化合物（PFCs）的方法,并应用该方法对市售的14类粮谷样品进行了测定。样品中的PFCs用离子对液液萃取方法进行提取,弱阴离子交换（WAX）固相萃取柱净化,洗脱液经浓缩定容后用HPLC-MS/MS检测。15种目标化合物线性良好,相关系数r均大于0.999 0,方法的最低检出限为0.01~0.10μg/kg,大部分待测物的回收率为71.9%~95.8%。A method has been established to measure 15 perfluorinated compounds（ PFCs） in 14 kinds of grains. This method was used to analyze the content of the 14 kinds of grains. PFCs in grains were further extracted with WAX solid phase extraction cartridges after traditional MTBE extraction before injection,and detected by high performance liquid chromatography / electro spray tandem mass spectrometry（ HPLC-ESI-MS / MS）. The detection range of the method is between 0. 01 and 0. 10 μg / kg,with the recoveries of 71. 9% ~ 95. 8%.
