近10年中国对世界脊柱外科贡献的文献分析  

Scientific publications in spine journals from China's Mainland,Taiwan and Hong Kong: a 10-year survey of literature

摘　　要：[目的]评价近10年中国三个主要地区,大陆、台湾和香港,在国际脊柱外科杂志发表文章的数量和质量,分析中国对世界脊柱外科研究的贡献。[方法]利用Web of Science和Pubmed数据库,获得2005-2014年发表在五本国际脊柱外科专业杂志的文章,分别纳入其中来自于中国大陆、台湾和香港的文章。提取和分析的数据包括文章数量、杂志分布、总影响因子和均影响因子、总被引次数和均被引次数,以及临床试验、随机对照试验和病例报道文章的数量。[结果]近10年中国在这五本杂志上共发表1 201篇文章。其中,大陆发表文章数量最多（884篇,73.6%）,其次是台湾（220篇,18.3%）和香港（97篇,8.1%）。从2005-2014年,中国年发表文章的数量呈现明显增长（P=0.000）。其中,大陆增长高达13.57倍,而台湾和香港无明显增长（P〉0.05）。从2006年开始,大陆发表文章的数量开始超过香港和台湾。大陆文章的总影响因子最高（2 119.63）,其次是台湾（526.59）和香港（242.79）,而平均影响因子香港最高（2.50）,其次是大陆（2.40）和台湾（2.39）。大陆文章的总被引次数最高（4 652）,其次是台湾（1 895）和香港（1 359）,而平均被引次数香港最高（14.01）,其次是台湾（8.61）和大陆（5.26）。[结果]近10年中国对世界脊柱外科研究的贡献越来越大,尤其是大陆地区。然而,根据平均影响因子和平均被引次数,香港发表脊柱外科文章的质量最高。[Objective]To assess the quantity and quality of scientific publications in international spine journals from China's Mainland,Taiwan and Hong Kong in the past ten years,and to analysis Chinese authors rising trend of contributions to spinal surgery research in the world.[Method]Web of Science and Pubmed were used to identify the articles published in five main spine journals from 2005 to 2014.Articles from China's Mainland,Taiwan and Hong Kong were included in this study respectively.Factors being extracted and analyzed consisted the number of articles,journal distributions,total impact factors and mean impact factor,total citations and mean citation,the number of clinical trial,randomized controlled trial and case report.SPSS 20.0software was used for statistic analysis.[Result]In recent ten years,a total of 1201 articles from China were published in five main spine journals.Authors from China's Mainland contributed the largest number of articles（ 884,73.6%）,followed by Taiwan（ 220,18.3%） and Hong Kong（ 97,8.1%）.From 2005 to 2014,The annual publication number in China showed a significant increase（ P = 0.000）,with a 13.57-fold from China's Mainland（ P = 0.000）,while there was no significant increase from Taiwan and Hong Kong（ P〈0.05）.In term of the number of publication,China's Mainland exceeded both Taiwan and Hong Kong in2006.China's Mainland had the highest total impact factors（ 2119.63）,followed by Taiwan（ 526.59） and Hong Kong（ 242.79）,while Hong Kong had the highest mean impact factor（ 2.50）,followed by China's Mainland（ 2.40） and Taiwan（ 2.39）.China's Mainland had the highest total citation（ 4 652）,followed by Taiwan（ 1 895） and Hong Kong（ 1359）,while Hong Kong had the highest mean citation（ 14.01）,followed by Taiwan（ 8.61） and China's Mainland（ 5.26）.[Conclusion]Chinese authors contributions to the world have significant increased in recent ten years,especially from China's Mainland.Meanwhile,papers from Hong Kong still has the hi
