摘  要:选用东农253为试验材料,设5万、6万、7万、8万株/hm2共4个种植密度,于拔节期叶面喷施"玉黄金",研究化控对不同种植密度下东北春玉米叶片光合特性及产量的影响。结果表明,与清水处理相比,"玉黄金"的施用改善了叶片的光合性能,增加了叶片的叶绿素SPAD值和净光合速率Pn,提高最大光化学效率Fv/Fm、实际量子产量Y(Ⅱ)、光化学淬灭系数q P,降低非调节性能量消耗的量子产量Y(NO)、非光化学淬灭系数q N。在7万株/hm2种植密度下,"玉黄金"处理获得最高产量,达11 428.18 kg/hm2。Dongnong253 was used as the material in this experiment and was planted under the densities of50 000, 6 0000, 70 000, 80 000 plants/ha, and sprayed the chemical regulator of‘Yuhuangjin'with DA-6 and Eth-ephon as the main material at the jointing stage to analyze the effects of chemical regulation on photosynthetic char-acteristics and yield of spring maize under different densities in Northeast China. The results showed that, com-pared with the water treatment, the treatment of‘Yuhuangjin'could improve the photosynthetic performance ofleaves, increase chlorophyll SPAD value and net photosynthetic rate Pn, increase the maximum photochemical effi-ciency Fv/Fm, actual quantum yield Y(Ⅱ) and photochemical quenching q P, and reduce quantum yield Y(NO) ofnon- regulatory energy consumption and non- photochemical quenching coefficient q N. The highest yield was11428.18 kg/ha after the treatment of‘Yuhuangjin'with the planting density of 70 000 plants/ha.
