摘 要:返炉膛烧焦是降低裂解炉污染物排放的有效措施之一,文章采用CFX软件对返炉膛烧焦操作下裂解炉辐射段内的三维流场进行数值模拟。计算采用κ-ε湍流模型、概率密度函数扩散燃烧模型和蒙特卡洛辐射换热模型。考察不同流速烧焦气对正常燃烧状况的影响。计算结果说明:低于临界烧焦气流速下,返炉膛烧焦气不会对正常的操作产生影响,能够降低污染物的排放;基于CFX软件的模拟计算能够较为准确的预测返炉膛烧焦工况下炉膛内的流动情况,为开发和设计适宜的返炉膛烧焦结构提供了一定的技术参考。Recycling the decoking effluent to cracking furnace firebox is one of the efficient methods to minimize the pollutant discharged to the atmosphere.This paper adopts CFX software to carry out a numerical simulation of the three-dimensional turbulent flow in cracking furnace radiant firebox in the decoking operation.And turbulence model,PDF combustion model and Monte Carlo radiation model are applied in these calculations.The paper investigates the effect of coke burning gas with different velocity on normal combustion.The numerical simulation indicates that when the decoking effluent velocity is below the critical value,coke burning gas recycling to firebox will not affect the normal operation;moreover,it will decrease the decoking pollutant.The simulation on the basis of CFX software can accurately predict the flow in the firebox under the operating mode of coke burning.This provides certain technical reference for the development and design of proper decoking nozzle of cracking furnace.
