摘  要:某公司常减压装置在运行过程中发现减压塔塔壁严重腐蚀减薄,为了查清腐蚀原因,对发生严重腐蚀的部位和内件取样,并在实验室进行了成分分析、金相组织分析、扫描电镜观察及电子能谱分析。文章从腐蚀介质含量、材料的耐蚀性、介质流速、相态变化以及酸与硫的交互作用等方面对减压塔的腐蚀原因进行了讨论,认为减压塔发生严重腐蚀的主要原因是:局部材质偏低、环烷酸的浓缩、局部高流速等,并根据腐蚀原因给出了相应的建议措施。The tower wall of a vacuum distillation tower was thinned because of severe corrosion in the operation process.In order to identify the reasons for corrosion,the severely corrosive parts are sampled from the tower and inner parts and then a series of examinations and tests including composition analysis,metallographic analysis,SEM(scanning electron microscope)observation and energy spectrum analysis are carried out.This paper makes a discussion on the corrosion causes of the vacuum distillation tower from the aspects of corrosion medium content,corrosion resistance of the material,flow velocity and phase changes and the interaction of naphthenic acid and sulfur and so forth.It is considered that the severe corrosion in the vacuum tower is caused by the low grade of local material,naphthenic acid concentration and local high velocity and so on.According to the corrosion causes,the paper puts forward pertinent suggestions and measures.
