摘  要:文章介绍了自1965年以来,四川开发含H2S气田的历程。通过工程实践的摸索和对国内外工程公司开发含H2S气田的作法比较,逐步认识到用于湿含H2S介质工况的钢制压力容器的设计是一个系统工程,其安全性涉及选材、强度计算、结构设计、制造等各方面问题。针对含H2S气田开发的工程实践中,总结出一套针对钢制压力容器设计完整的作法,在确保设备安全的根本前提下,兼顾技术经济的合理性和实际可操性。可为今后类似工程的建设提供参考和借鉴经验。This article introduces the development of the H2S-bearing Gas Field Construction Program since 1965.Through the practical experience and comparison of the development of H2S-bearing gas fields between domestic and international engineering companies,it is recognized gradually that the design of steel pressure vessel used in the wet H2 S environment is systematic engineering.The safety of such engineering involves various aspects including material selection,strength calculation,structural design and manufacture.From the engineering practice of the development of the H2S-bearing gas fields,the paper summarizes an integrity design method for steel pressure vessel on the premise of ensuring the safety of equipment and with the rational technical economy and actual operability.This may provide reference and experience for the similar engineering construction in future.
