摘  要:随着电网负荷的持续增长和网架结构的不断增强,短路电流超标问题已成为影响南方电网安全运行的关键因素。实测对比表明,在现有的短路电流计算方法下南方电网短路电流计算结果偏乐观,这给电网的运行方式安排带来困难。基于最新版的IEC 60909和GB/T 15544短路电流计算标准,对比南方电网短路电流计算方法与国内外短路电流计算方法之间的差异,并以南方电网2013年丰大方式为基础分析了短路电流计算方法中几个重要因素对短路电流计算结果的影响,结合精度要求、保守原则、设备能力等工程实用要求提出了南方电网短路电流计算方法的改进建议。With sustained growth of load and improvement of power-grid, short-circuit current is close to upper limit, which is a key factor to operation security of China Southern Power Grid (CSG). Compared with actual measurement, short-circuit current calculation in existing method is on optimistic side, which brings difficulty to power operation mode arrangement. Based on IEC60909 and GB/T 15544 standard, short circuit current calculation results in CSG are compared with results from methods used in other corporations. The main impacting factors of short-circuit current calculation are analyzed on summer-peak load operation mode of CSG in 2013. With consideration of different requirement including accuracy, conservation and equipment capacity, the improvement measure of short-circuit current calculation in CSG is proposed.
