清胰解毒方配合西药治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效及对血清淀粉酶和炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨清胰解毒方配合西药治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的疗效及对患者血清淀粉酶和炎性因子的影响。方法:将90例SAP患者按照就诊顺序随机分为两组,各45例。对照组单纯采用西医治疗,观察组同时加用清胰解毒方口服或灌肠,比较两组临床疗效、症状和体征的缓解时间、血清淀粉酶和白细胞恢复时间以及治疗前后血清炎性因子水平的变化。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,症状体征缓解时间及血淀粉酶和白细胞恢复时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清胰解毒方配合西药治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效确切,能够有效地缩短患者症状和体征的缓解时间及血淀粉酶和白细胞恢复时间,降低血清炎性因子水平。Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy and influence on the serum amylase and inflammatory factors of Qingyi Jiedu prescription with western medicine in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods：90cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients were randomly divided into two group according to the order of treatment,each of 45 cases.The control group was treated with western medicine,on basis of this,the observation group was treated with Qingyi Jiedu prescription.The clinical efficacy,remission time of symptoms,signs serum amylase,leukocyte recovery time and the changes of serum inflammatory factor levels of two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results：Total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,symptom relief time and blood amylase and white blood cell recovery time was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-αand hs-CRP levels of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Qingyi Jiedu prescription with western medicine in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis is definite,can effectively shorten the patients symptoms and signs of remission time and blood amylase and white blood cell recovery time,can reduce the serum level of inflammatory factors.
