摘　　要：PHY906是在中医经方黄芩汤基础上研发的用于治疗化疗药物毒性反应的新药。PHY906的研究没有分离提纯可能的活性化合物,而是将黄芩汤作为一个整体,在动物实验、临床试验及质量控制方面进行了研究。该研究契合了中药使用的实际情况,即作为药物组合以方剂的形式治疗疾病,对于国内方剂的开发研究具有重要的参考价值。Based on decoction of Radix Scutellaria, an ancient formula of Traditional Chinese Medicine, PHY906 has been explored as a new drug for treating toxic reaction of cancer chemotherapy. In the research of PHY906, potential active compounds were not separated and purified. and decoction of Radix Scutellaria was studied as a whole in animal experiments, clinical trials and quality control. This study was consistent with the real application of Traditional Chinese Medicine, as formulae of herb combination for the treatment of diseases, which has an important reference value for Chinese formula investigation.
