摘　　要：移植物抗宿主病(graft-versus-host disease,GVHD)是指移植物中的淋巴细胞识别宿主的主要组织相容性复合物(major histocompatibility complex,MHC)抗原进而增殖分化,并对含有该MHC抗原的组织和器官进行免疫攻击,从而引起的全身性疾病。本文通过对GVHD患者发热护理、皮疹护理、口腔护理、预防感染、饮食护理方面进行综述,为治疗和护理提供信息和依据,有助于改变GVHD的预后。Graft- versus- host disease（GVHD） refers to a systemic disease in which lymphocytes in the graft recognize major histocompatibility complex（MHC） antigens of the host, proliferate, differentiate and immunologically attack tissues and organs with MHC antigens. In this article, we reviewed fever care, skin care, oral care, infection prevention and dietary care for GVHD patients in order to provide references for the treatment and care and improve the prognosis of GVHD.
