摘　　要：作为侦查学科的基础研究方向之一,侦查模式长期成为理论和实务工作者热衷的研究对象。但是,对于侦查模式的理性定位和理论基础构造却呈现出杂乱无序的研究状态。因此,为了科学地指引侦查模式研究的不断发展和进步,实现侦查模式理论与事务工作的紧密结合,必须对侦查模式进行理性定位和科学重构。As one fundamental research field of the criminal investigation, the study of investigation mode has long been the primary interest of theoretical researchers as well as investigators. However, the current studies on the rational positioning and basic theoretical structure of investigation mode are chaotic. In order to scientifically guide the continuous development of the studies on investigation mode and closely integrate the theoretical research on investigation mode with the practice of criminal investigation, the investigation mode needs to be rationally evaluated and scientifically reconstructed
