摘　　要：在奥巴马的倡导和推行医疗保险改革下,美国《医生收入阳光法案》得以出台。该法要求药企向GMS报告与医生和教学医院之间的财务关系,并定期向公众公开,从而督促医药市场正常化,提高医生经济利益关系的透明度。本文简述了该法出台前美国医药市场状况,介绍法案的主要内容,并对PPSA存在的利弊进行客观性评价。With the health-insurance reform advocated and implemented by Barack Obama.The Physician Payment Sunshine Act of USA was passed.The act requires the pharmaceutical companies to report to GMS the financial relationships between these companies and physicians and teaching hospitals,which supervises the normalization of medical market and increases the transparency of physicians＇ economic interests.The paper gives a brief introduction of the situation of American medical market before the act,and introduces the main contents of PPSA.And it also evaluates the pros and cons of PPSA objectively.
