摘　　要：2013年9月,泰州市卫生局接举报,市区某宾馆房间内有人正在开展医疗美容活动。经过调查,确定当事人在未取得医师资格的情况下在宾馆内给顾客开展医学美容服务,并收取费用。作者通过对本案的简要分析,探讨案件的违法行为认定和相关法律、法规的适用,尤其是送达方式效力问题。An illegal medical beauty service in a hotel room was reported to Taizhou municipal health bureau in Sept.2013.After investigation,the Law enforcement officers confirmed that service providers had no effective practice license and were paid when they provided service.The purpose of this paper is to determine the illegal medical cosmetology facts,the use of appropriate laws and regulations,in particular,the effect of the way of transmission of punishment decision.
