摘　　要：介绍全球和我国肺结核患者发现方式的进展。根据全球和我国肺结核患者发现的研究进展结果，对下一步我国患者发现方式提出了建议。This paper introduces the development of casefing models for pulmonary tuberculosis in global and in China. Based on the research results of case finding models for pulmonary tuberculosis in China, the recommendations of case finding models for pulmonary tuberculosis are provided in China.
